CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for booking with me and trusting me to help you achieve your hair goals! I truly value your time and appreciate you beginning your self-care journey with me. To provide the best possible service to all clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on the waiting list. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Repeat Cancellations or No-Shows Clients who repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. Emergency Situations I understand that emergencies happen and will always handle these situations with empathy and understanding. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and I will do my best to work with you to find a suitable solution. Likewise, if an emergency occurs on my end, I will notify you as soon as possible. Late Arrivals I strive to accommodate all clients, and punctuality is greatly appreciated. If you arrive significantly late without prior communication, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled in order to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients. Appointment Reminders Appointment reminders may be sent via text message or email as a courtesy. However, clients are ultimately responsible for remembering and managing their scheduled appointments.
